The best foreign goal scorer of all time at Benfica, and 9th overall in the club’s rich history, Cardozo leaves behind numbers that will be hard to surpass not to mention unforgettable. We wish Cardozo the best of luck in his new adventure.
In the second half of the podcast, we take a general look at the pre-season as a whole, discuss planning, signings or lack thereof, and we finish up by discussing which players should stay and which players should go. To finish off, we take a quick look at the Super Cup and why a win is so important, after this pre-season media burial of this team.
