Podcast 144 1/27/15 – Failed Opportunities
We review Benfica’s League Cup game against Moreirense where Benfica only needed a tie to book a place in the Quarter finals. We look at the performance of some of the less used players, and what they add to this team.
In the middle segment, we look at the take a look at Benfica’s game against Pacos de Ferreira where Benfica failed to take advantage on the slip up up by porto that could have gotten us a 9 point lead. We talk coaching decisions, team attitude, and an overall bad night.
Lastly, we look ahead to this upcoming weekend’s game against Boavista where Benfica will be trying to answer many questions left in the Pacos game.
