In this week’s podcast….
We start up the podcast by discussing Benfica’s game at Monaco for the Champions League. Against what looks like to be the weakest team of this group, Benfica failed to grab maximum points, and we find ourselves last in the group. We discuss the team’s approach and future intentions, and if the Europa League will be more of a distraction than anything else in our plight to the “bi”.
In the second segment of the pod, we turn our attention to the match at the Pedreira, where Benfica usually have issues with local Braga. We debate the attitude in this game versus the Monaco game, and we get into a JJ debate,as well as our bench quality.
Lastly we look ahead to Benfica’s next home game versus Rio Ave.
